    唐力行，1989年获纽约大学英语作为外语（或第二语言）教学博士学位。在中国和美国长期从事教师教育、职业培训和英语教学工作。现为纽约大学外语教育教授，纽约大学教育学院英语作为第二语言教学/双语教育/外语教育主任。

内容提要：
The lecture will give an overview of the humanistic psychology and the
psychology of optimal experience (flow theory) and discuss their
implications to the teaching of second/foreign languages.
